This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access is processed to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. Cloudflare may process this data outside Switzerland, including in the USA, under the safeguards set out in its data processing terms.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties.

When you contact us

If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or through the trip form (which opens your own email app), we use your details only to answer you and to plan and carry out your trip. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google LLC); WhatsApp is operated by Meta. These providers may process data outside Switzerland.

To organise your trip we share the necessary details with hotels, restaurants, drivers and other partners you have agreed to.

How long we keep data

We keep your data as long as needed for your enquiry and trip, and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and, where applicable, receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the data protection authority in your country.
